Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AtomicNote (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the iOS app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in credentials and for any activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to store or share unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or interfere with the Service.
- Abuse the master blockchain by submitting non-note data for spam or attack purposes.
- Resell or sublicense Premium access.
Premium subscription
Premium is a monthly auto-renewing subscription. Pricing, renewal, and cancellation are described on our Subscription Terms page. iOS subscriptions are billed by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms; web subscriptions are billed by Stripe under our agreement with you.
Your content
You retain all rights to the notes you create. Granting us limited rights to store and transmit your notes — only to the extent needed to provide the Service — does not transfer ownership.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the iOS app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; we will give reasonable notice when we can.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and the master blockchain is not a substitute for legal notarization in jurisdictions where notarization is required.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
